Mitel Software Applications / MAPI setup for NuPoint

Hello,

What do I need to program/install in the Windows server for MAPI gateway? Is it just installing MAPI gateway and fillout the few requirements with superuser account?

If I want the msg in voicemail box to be deleted once view in email, how do I set this up?

Mid-Call Features don't work.
Example, press 1 to hold, press 2 to transfer, press 5 to handoff using dial key pad.

when I receive a call from the 5540 console (reception)  internally, I can't transfer the call  or put it on hold.
Is this normal?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Screened transfer call

When I receive a screened transfer call, I press # to accept the call and then I had to press the "call key" to be able get the call.
Is there a way I can receive the call as soon as I accept the call and not have to press the "call key" to receive the screened transfer call?

Is there a way we can change the outgoing caller ID number and name using PRI?
