MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / BVM Delay Messages

I have a Few Customers that have Voice Mail to email and Stating they Receive the email but not the Voice mail.
The email is just Forward and Copy, Sometimes it will be over 24-Hours before it Appears in the Voice Mail Box.

Having Issues with New 8528's and 8568's on a Mitel HX-5000.
When Dialing Handsfree the DTMF Tones are Very Loud.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Dynamic Extension timer

Dose anyone know were the Timer for Dynamic Extension to the Cell Phone is.
Customer gets call answers on Cell Phone after 10-Min gets Diss-Connected.
Unsuperviced Co is Set for 255 seconds. ( Over 4-Hours)

I thought of that, but the Customer needs to Forward different phones daily and needs them to go to the 2nd Phone Voice Mail
Before if you Manually Forward a phone then the 2nd phone Manually forwarded to Voice Mail it worked.
Now it doesn't

How do you Call Forward a Telephone to another Extension, and if that Extension dose not Pickup stay at that Extensions Mailbox.
Right now it Double Hops back.
