Narrowed the problem down, Teleworkers.

we have 2 Teleworkers some callers to these teleworker users experience this problem. its not all users though.

Hi All

ive run into a tricky situation.

ive got two users ('A' & 'B') that when they call internal user 'C' are connected but are not able to hear anything from 'C'.

this also happens when user 'C' calls 'A' or 'B'


other users in the office are able to call user 'C' without a problem.

anyone ever run into this?

i've just found out our phones are included in the maintenance cover we have with Alternative Networks. Alternative maintain out Mitel system

Hi All

ive just counted 10 broken phones that have become faulty over the last 2 years ive been in my current job.

is it worth having these repaired? in london and looking for recommendation on good companies that fix mitel phones

Hi All,

new on the forum and new-ish to administering a mitel system. (previous guy in charge of the phone system has now left the company without a hand over)


ive got a ring group which is not being used by anyone at the moment, im planning to reassign the ring group to a newly formed department and then also assign it an external number.

im not quite sure where to go and or the steps to assign a ring group an external number

any help will be appreciated
