We've had more feedback from the end user, they would like it set out so if their main phone rings out then the caller can press 1 to be transferred to their mobile. Is this possible?

Create a new Hunt Group with these three users in.
Tick the Group Call Box
Program a station speed dial for each phone with the number (Pick Up Code) followed by hunt group number. so it could be 42004 for instance.
Program a Station speed dial button which points to the correct station speed dial, they are numbered 1-10 or 0-9 depending where you look  ::)

You should now have a Pick Up button!

I'm creating the new hunt group but I don't see a Group Call box? Apologies bit of a newbie with this!

Hi all,

We have a client using 5312 IP phones. They want to be able to divert a caller to a mobile number if the person they are calling does not pick up, how can this be done?

I have a client using 5312 IP phones. They want three users (each on different extensions) to be put into a group so they can pick up each other's extensions, how would I go about this?
