Ralph,

Thanks so much for that! Luckily I was able to take an educated guess at the password and got in on the first try.

Thanks again,
Westley

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / AA Greeting
« on: August 19, 2015, 12:12:21 PM »
Hi,

I am having a problem trying to figure out how to change an AA greeting.

Nearest I can tell, using the web portal, this is our incoming call route during afterhours, when AA is turned on.

Trunks are LS/GS.
Trunk Service Number - 2
Circuit Descriptor Number - 11
Trunk Group 2
Class of Service - 7
Class of Restriction - 1
Non-Dial In Trunks Answer Point (day/night1/night2) - 7600

Call Rerouting Assignment - 7600 Settings
Day - 1, Night1/Night2 - 2, 1st Alt - 2, 2nd. Alt - 1

Call Rerouting Always Alternative Assignment
1 - All settings at No Reroute
2 - DID/TIE/CO/INT - Reroute, Dir Number - 2459
3 - DID/TIE/CO/INT - Reroute, Dir Number - 7600
4 - DID/TIE/CO/INT - Reroute, Dir number - 3450

Call Rerouting First/Second Alternative Assignment
1 - All settings at Normal, no directory number
2 - All settings at This, Directory Number 2459

Multi Level Auto Attendant Configuration is all blank

I'm used to Nortel/Partner/Switchvox/FreePBX. This Mitel makes me feel like an idiot.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Westley

Hi,

I've just taken over handling this Mitel 3300 CXi and it is driving me nuts.

Just moved from a PRI line to 4 LS/GS lines. Everything was working good for about a week and now incoming calls are getting lost somewhere.

Outgoing calls can still be made, but incoming calls just ring and ring.

I've gone thru all the settings the best I can and don't see anything wrong. Then again, I feel like I'm speaking a foreign language dealing with this Mitel, so it could be staring me in the face.

Any ideas how I can even begin to trace how incoming calls are being handled?

Thanks,
Westley
