Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / BLF Edit List

On BLF all of the names are listed last name, first. How do I switch it to First name last and sort by first name. I've gone through everything to try and resolve this. I was unable to change the way the name appears on the BLF but it still sorts by last name.
