Thank-you for your replies. I have found that if I increased the number of seconds before VM picks up in the COS I was able to get it to ring the right amount of times.

Hello,
I have a user that would like his desk phone to ring three times and then have his cell phone ring twice before sending to voicemail. The funny thing is he has both selected to have calls sent to in his UCA status. I know how to change the number of rings in the COS but I'm not sure how to make this work.
