Are the names being updated by the PMS, when a guest checks in?
The PMS feature either works, or it doesn't!  There's nothing 'we' could do, if we wanted to, to pick and choose, which information is exchanged!

You can't create a phantom bay that would give you the option to program IP sets.
I am surprised that you're not able to program multiple appearances of a phantom ext.  It seems like we do that all the time?
Do you need to use a phantom port?  Can you just program a unique number on the multi-line keys?

If you are working on the Express Messenger (not the embedded on an ICP), you'll need to get a copy of 'Express Manager'.
That's the sw program used to manage the express messenger, through the 9 pin serial port on the front of the card (or via modem).
On the embedded version (in the ICP) go to form 50 to manage your mailboxes.

When you reset the controller, do you see the progress/result codes, while the system boots?

The SX50 only supports analog (i.e. 2 wire) analog trunks. There are cards that support 4 circuit POTS lines, 8 circuit POTS lines, and also a card for DID trunks.

Neither of them support the PKM.

When you are in the DNI Assignment form, press the F2 key, and step through the possible entries for  the device type.  If a set type (i.e. Superset 4025)doesn't appear, the load of software won't support it.

The PMS system is not able to light the MW lights for the guest rooms.  All other features (names, check in/out) seem to be working fine.
The system logs show an Alarm Code 166, which refers to Dial 0 routing for the PMS interface?!?!?!?
Anyone have that error before?

That was the first thing I'd tried, but that screen doesn't show DSPs

Anyone know how to see how many dsps are currently installed?
(Other than opening the lid??
