I just logged in to our Mitel Controller via Internet Explorer to make an update.  The system appeared to hang after I logged in, and now I am unable to log in at all.

What can I do to correct this issue?  Attempting to log in to the controller via Putty using the same login credentials was unresponsive.  Everything on the phone system appears to be working correctly.

Is this a common issue?  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Ralph - thank you very much...I actually used the  08-5159-00020 Polycom 7000 Config Guide.doc that you referenced in a similar post.. Extremely helpful.  The SoundStation is hooked up and working. -Thanks

I need to hook up a Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 to our phone system? I don't have a clue where to start and I am having a hard time tracking down instructions.

Any help or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
