Thanks Adam. I will pass this on to our System Administrator. Our System Admin removed a command on the Cisco 3750 PoE switch and the phones connected to the CP. The command he removed was "swithcport voice vlan 1".

We recently updated our software on the 5000HX's to 6.1. Upgrade went fine on the CPs. However the 53xx series phones downloaded new firmware and are stuck at "DHCP: Discovery" and will not boot up. Help!
All 5212 phones are working, but not the 5300 series.

Mitel Software Applications / Intelligent Router/CRM Database

We recently purchased the Intelligent Router license for the CSM. Does the Customer Relationship Management Database license not come with the CSM? If you have experience with the Intelligent Router please share.
