No call quality issues at all , they are on VLANS whiched I have checked out they seem to bee fine. Also had the network checked out and not seeing any issues at all with the network.Site has a 10M circuit and about 20 users there, the network has been running clean with no issues. They do go accross to another site or node ,but that site does have any issues or alarms. When this does happen the (site A where they get the alarm) the calls drops. Happens about 3 times a week. Also checked the codex which they are running on g729, I cant seem to duplicate the problem either. I did run accross a problem in another one of our markets that had this issue and it turned out to be a bad patch cord.I will replacing that also to make sure.Thanks for your time everyone

Any suggestions here? Had some older Rel and Mitel recommend upgrading all our site to lates ver, which we did and still having the issue at one site. Now at this site they installed and new HX ,but just exported the DB to the new HX. Which leads me to believe it could be a DB issue, but was looking for some input or ideals. Network has been checked and is running clean and only happens when you call exten to exten. :o

On these Mitels can I get the PBX to over ride the Carriers caller ID info? Seems I am having some caller ID issues with the doc names coming up now and we havent made any changes to our PBX's? Carrier has checked their Network and says its correct , but in making test calls it still comes up with the Docs name.If I can where can I make that change in the DB on a 5000.

FYI ... SO THE SITE CRASHED after a new cable was ran. In fact the problem got worst soon the my cable vendor plugged in the new cable. Ends up that the Carrier rewired the whole circuit from the CO to street and to the building. I also asked them to check the smart jacks firmware which was not correct for the type of PRI they brought in. So it turned out to be a several . carrier issues. Have not heard from the site since the repair was completed. Has the carrier argue with me about making theses changes to the wiring yet they saw a bunch of errors on the circuit and had no explanation for those errors. Sometimes I really hate carriers. Thanks for all your input everyone, I am new to the Mitels and not sure if I like them yet. 8)

The calls are dropped after they have been placed in PARK! I am thinking its the callers since it not happening on a constant bases. I have tested it with the site and could never get it to happen to me. They place me in Park leave me there for awhile and it works fine can never seem to duplicate it at all.Has to be a caller issue and not the system.

Okay having a cable vendor out there at 1 to replace the cable from the PBX to the smart jack , if it continues I will try looping everything till I pin point it. Thanks acejavelin , I will let you know the results  :P

Stand PRI -TDM and it happens on all inbound calls. These are digital set small Cancer clinic. They dont have any issues call station to station verfiied that had them make test calls to me and I could hear every other word real bad reboot the PBX and problem still there.

Has anyone had this problem, all calls are choppy coming into the office ALL CALLS. Have had T1 card replaced, Carrier has replaced smart jack, carrier has tested the circuit clean up to the CSU and see error at the CSU. The only thing that we have not replaced is the extenion cable from the smart jack to the PBX , but it did test fine!! PLEASE HELP , Thanks

So I have this 3300 which was just installed like 2 weeks ago and now we are having issues with PARKED calls dropping. So I had our carrier test the circuit just to be sure and of course its clean. So my next I checked just to make sure we had open spots to place a PARKed call in and that wasnt the issue either. After testing I couldnt figure out were the calls are dropping if its the end user or the caller, had the end user teste with me and she know her stuff pretty well so I can rule her out,but I did noticed when ever I call and then placed into PARK the music took way to long to kick in so I fixed that. So need less to say I am in some need of HELP or suggestions if anyone has any please let me know, Thanks :'(
