Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Group listen

Hello everyone,  I had user notice this.  Is this normal operation for the Grp Listen button. 

"If I hang up without turning OFF the group listen, the Grp Listen light stays on. However, when I start another call the feature is turned OFF, I have to press the button twice to get the feature to work again."

This is on vMCD release 5.0 sp2

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Work Timer options not showing on phones

Hello everyone,

I have a newly installed 3300 MCD phone system.   I am having work timer issue.   When 3 or more customers are holding in the queue the agents are NOT presented an option to cancel the work timer.  2 or less and the agents are.   Very odd?   I have verified that the calls they are getting are from the queue.

Any thoughts are suggestion on what to look at?
