Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / inline amplifiers that work with a 5312 IP handset?

Hi,
We have a colleague with hearing difficulties who finds the standard volume insufficient. We are trying to find an in line amplifier that works with the 5312 IP handset. Does anyone have any experience or suggestion?
