Hi X-man,
thanks for your reply.
With this step i don't have the way to restore defaults.

After Hold both volume up\down for 4 second the phone display??
I have a Ip 5207, but after 4 second show only "MAC Address 08:00:0F:....." and after USING STATIC SETTINGS.
No other information display.

If press up volume for about 4 second i can set a static IP, but i don't understand how to restore default!

Hi,
i have an issue with IP Console 5500 connect into an older release software.
I have change the keypad and for 1 month i have no problem, but now in the last 2 days the customer says me that the software of IP console disconnect.
Close the software and reboot the Console, all works fine.
Into log of 3300 i see (when the console disconnect) this information:

17.04.00   Call Control - Maintenance   IP Device   52 (Ext:9)  at location 01 3 01 052 01  The set has been returned to service.
17.03.59   Call Control - Maintenance   SYSTEM SERVICE: Dept 0 now in NIGHT 1 Service.   Reason: 9   Now in service: Console 9.

16.51.57   Call Control - Maintenance   SYSTEM SERVICE: Dept 0 now in NIGHT 1 Service.   Reason: 11  Now Out of Service: Console 9.

There is a list of reason codes where I can understand the meaning?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mxe Ethernet problem?

Hi,
we have an Mxe with old release software MCD 4.0 SP4 with problem.
The system while running smoothly becomes unreachable. With Explorer and with telnet we don't have a way to connect it.
Only way to reconnect is a manual reboot.
After reboot all works fine.

Into log we see for a lot of times this record (category MSG)
MsSetLastError()->041 RC_MS_QUEUE_FULL     Message System queue is full     QueueName =Io2kMessage System queue is full
MsSetLastError()->027 RC_MS_ENQUEUE_ITEM_FAILED     Message System failed to append a message to its queue     QueueName =Io2kMessage System failed to append a message to its queue

And this log (category Call-Control)
DTRNKMON File Open Failure.  Context 10. File System Result: Device timeout           
DTRNKMON File Open Failure.  Context 20. File System Result: Device timeout       
DBMS - DBREFUTIL  Function : Save_Pages_On_FileOperation : End_Transaction     File : transientReturn Code : Device timeout

Any idea?

Into Call Coverage Service Form (voice mail tab) there insn't a HG Voice Mail. Now with the correct Hunt Group VM all works fine!

Hello Ralph,
if I pick up up the phone and I press the letter key that is flashing display "Not Allowed."
I remember before, I was pressing transferred directly to voice mail associated with the phone.
But now, when i hit this button the phone dispay "No Message"...
Any idea?

Hi,
before upgrade when i receive a Voice Mail, my IP Phone 5224 blink a letter button that advise me for a vm message.
When i press the letter button, the telephone transfer me direct into HG Voice Mail.
Now, when i press the blink letter button, the phone display "NO MESSAGE".
But if i call the HG Voice Mail, all works fine.
I have check all in the system, but i don't understand where is the problem.
Someone can help me?

Hi, with the command DTS READ X LAST 12 i don't see any error or problem.
In attachment the E1 card view, where I have seen no problems.
The only thing is that the majority of outgoing calls after 20 minutes start to have problems with voice quality.
The voice becomes metallic and highly disturbed to have to tear down the call.
After making hangup of outgoing call, problem is solved, but after 20 minutes still the same.
Any idea? It seems solely related to outgoing calls.

Hi
i have a customer that have only one E1 PRI.
At this moment, we don't see problem, but when we try a EDT SHOW LINK STATUS PRI we see:

PRI Logical link number: 1
Layer 1 Status:  BLUE
Layer 2 Status:  UP
Interface Activated: TRUE

Can anyone says me, if this information (layer 1 status: Blue) can make a problem?
Standard state of PRI is Layer 1 Status: Green, but at this moment the customer does not report any problem.
It could be a Dual PRI Card? Or, as i think a carrier pbx problem (syncronization ??).

Hello everyone,
I need help on a problem on outgoing calls via SIP Trunk.
I created a sip trunk with 15 contemporary connecting Mitel 3300 MCD 4.2 with Asterisk system.
Everything works fine. But making an outgoing call the Mitel 3300 provides immediately CONNECT. This may be fine on outgoing calls manuals. On outbound calls made ​​automatically by the system asterisk, if I have the CONNECT instant the system is not able to understand if the called number has answered the call or not.
Do you have any help that I can give? Need to change some parameter in the SIP Peer Profile for this type of problem?

Hi, i need to upgrade Mitel 3300 Mxe with 2 PRI connected into 3300 Universal NSU.
The correct procedure says that i need to upgrade the 3300 with full install from 9.0 to MCD 4.0 SP4.
After upgrade the NSU will upgrade automatically with the new firmware.
Questions: when the 3300 Mxe upgrade the Universal NSU with the new firmware, the Database PRI into NSU is deleted?

Is there a way to connect sull'NSU before upgrading the firmware to make a database backup of the ICP version 9.0 and then load DB file and a convert the database to version 4.0 SP4 MCD with IMAT ??
Any suggestion is appreciated!

Hi all,
is there a way to retrieve\download an old music on hold .wav file with an ftp client?
I need to upload a new music on hold into position 0 (MOH) but with this i need to rewrite this file.
Or, how i can upload a new music on hold in position 2 and play this with MOH embedded ?
