Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Forwading extensions to an external phone line

Hi,


We have  sx-200 .I am wondering if we can forward phone(extensions) to an external phone . i can forward the extensions(internally)  by the super key or through the console  but i do not know how can i forward them to an external phone .I have access to the console(sx-200 ICP Management)  but i do not know how to configure it .i really appreciate for any help.

Thanks everybody, but i mean at least  administrator(manager) of the page must have minimum knowledge to help users.

That's so ridiculous.This is Mitel Forum for 200_ICP, and nobody here can answer this general question about 200_ICP .It should be a joking Forum

Thanks,But i checked the phones for that ,Nothing on them.Phones are Mitel super set 4015.Please help me for that.Thanks

Thanks for your response I mean we have an internal extension that when somebody call it it goes to three extensions for example when sombody call 543 it goes to 324,678,980 extensions I would like to add some other extensions to this( 543).thanks if you can help me for that,
