Yes, your emergency CLID programming is separate from your normal outbound CLID which is programmed in your PRI circuit programming.

Mitel Software Applications / Re: Messages showing up late
« on: November 26, 2014, 10:37:26 AM »
I was finally able to duplicate the problem.  We leave a voice mail and it immediately lights the message lamp but when you listen to the message the time stamp is several hours off.  I have double checked the time on the nupoint server, in the 3300 controllers, zones.  I could not find any location where the time or time zone was incorrect.  The trace in nupoint showed the correct time that the message was left.  Any further ideas?

Mitel Software Applications / Messages showing up late
« on: November 03, 2014, 06:31:37 PM »
I have been getting random complaints about nupoint voice mail messages showing up days later than when they were left in the system.  This also coincides with random complaints of the date and time being incorrect on VM messages.  I believe it is one and the same issue.  I have not been able to duplicate or get a good handle on it.  Anyone with an idea for me.  Thanks. Software version-Build: 16.1.0.13.01, Mitai integration to a 3300 MCD 6.1 load.

James

Mitel Software Applications / Re: ER Adviser
« on: August 13, 2014, 05:11:03 PM »
Turns out they added a new NIC to the VMware server which changed the IP address.  They statically assigned the old IP back to the card and that fixed the problem.

This ER adviser was installed in a VMware environment, 3 weeks after installation we are getting this error when trying to launch the local console.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mediatrix 4102 SIP registration
« on: December 17, 2012, 01:16:00 PM »
I am trying to get a Mediatrix 4102 to registrar to the mitel 3300 MXe III, MCD 5.0 software via SIP lines.  I have Mitels intructions from when they tested back on 8.0 software.  I have the mediatrix plugged into the L2 port on the Mitel but i am unable to get the registration to happen.  I have tried this on two different systems and logs from either end show nothing, no attempts to registrar?  Anyone with an idea?
