I usually setup the same way:
Call Routing Table --> Hunt Group --> Members = Phone Extension List with the Reception Station
But, I add a phantom DN into the same Phone Extension List as the reception phone, put this same phantom DN on the reception phone and change the ring to 0.  This allows a 2nd call to ring onto the 2nd call key.

You can get the Mitel Phone Manager software.  It has a group messaging capability that can light the message light on multiple phones for a single mailbox (it lights the built-in message key - pressing it will show which mailbox has the message on the display)
The base Mitel Phone Manager license will provide this functionality

I installed a CT gateway with a two node 5000 setup.(because the documentation stated you needed it with multiple 5000s)
Nice to know that it is not required... don't have to find a windows server to install it on and one less piece of equipment to fail/upgrade.

Right click on the top of the column - it will give you an option to "Restore Default Sort Order"

Log into the streamline's web interface.  It will show activity of the ports

I called Mitel tech support on this and the only thing they recommended was to create a hot desk user with caller ID 000-000-0000 (if your telco will allow you to send it).
Someone who wants to 'block' their caller ID can then log into this hot desk user, make the call, then log out... yes, very clunky to use

As far as I know that's always how it worked (if you pressed the 'flashing' message key with the handset down)

If you lift up the handset first, then press the 'flashing' message key it will go directly to the mailbox without needing to press #

I have a new install.  MiVoice Office 250 latest software.
They have 3 SIP licenses and they are using the Bria app on their iphones.  Using port forwarding on their sonicwall firewall for when they are remote.
The SIP softphones work both on their internal wifi and remote
The issue is when they come into their office and their cell phones switch from LTE to wifi  the app just sits at 'registering'.  If they shut down the app and restart, it works (prefer not to tell the customer that's how it works)

Has anyone come across this issue?

Is this a 3300 and not a 5000?
The 3300 has some COS options that allow for automatic recording of all calls

Added UCA softphone as a minet device on the MBG using the MAC address.
Everything worked!

Program a 2nd multicall key (same number as the extension) on the softphone's extension
