Does anyone know any way of disabling the call return feature (Flashing mailbox)

I can clear the feature, i just wanted to know whether there is a flag that can stop these from occurring?

I have just registered one of these,

It wouldn't register the device when i used a DHCP, as soon as i gave it a static address...boom it worked.

Now i have issues on inbound calls, outbound works fine. If you get this problem too please share the fix! :)

Hi Guys,

First time setting one of these up.

I have got it to register with the 5000 hx - I can make outbound calls absolutely fine, But incoming calls cannot be made (Also Internal) i just an error 'user busy'.

Any Ideas?

Pretty sure from memory you will need v6 if you are relating to voicemail to email.

Hi Allan,

I cant remember where i found the software, have you checked Mitels site?

You also have to make sure you have the programming cradle for this handset, not just the charging cradle. That is probably why windows won't find it.

All phones ringing at the same time, the phone was picked up and got Extension is busy, Any ideas?

We us a program called Winpdm and it just worked! Had a few problems getting the definition files to work, after a few trial and error managed to get them working.

I think the phone may have to be an admin phone, which can be set under the flags in the DB programming, If IT have access to this they can do it.

HI,

If you enter code 333 while the phone is idle this should bring up a menu that will list type of call history.

You can also assign yourself a button (As long as it is a user programmable key which can be altered in the System and diagnostics software, mihgt need to contact your system provider for this), Enter 397 - press the key you would like it assigned to, then enter 333.

You should now have a button which will provide you with Call history features.

Looking at integrating the 5000 with Rekoop (which is a time recording system)

Rekoop support have asked us to locate the .txt file which records all the call records for each extension.

Any ideas where i can find this?

Hi Guys,

Very new to the 3300 so be nice :D

Basically we have a set up on the auto attendant press 1 for blah blah press 2 for blah blah etc. For option 1 this is pointed at a speed dial, so its gets forwarded to a mobile (On duty Tech) when we test this, we just get dead tone after pressing that option.

There is also a facility to leave a message (option 2) This works, i have also checked the speed dial contact, to make sure the forward is on, this works.

Any ideas on what i need to be looking at?
