I wouldn't put a 69xx on a MiVO 250 without an MCS - losing too many features
Vicbob stated that he presses the xfer to voicemail key which is a default key when you have MCS

The default Xfer to VM key is a Speed Dial/Xfer key which doesn't work properly.
Change it to a BLF - Extension key.  Also in the configuration profile enable "Display DTMF Digits" so the user can see the mailbox digits they are entering.
Still doesn't work perfectly (caller doesn't hear full mailbox greeting), but hopefully Mitel will fix it in a future release.

Is it setup in a multi-device user group?  If so, you can only call the main extension of the multi-device user group  (presence in that group has to be on for the external hot-desk extension to ring)

They can page other 69xx phones.  You can add the 69xx to a multicast page group within Phone Manager.

So far in my test lab:
1. Getting IP address from MiVO 250 (had to delete option 43 and change "Client's Vendor Class ID Must Match Name" to No in the IP addresses Ranges)
2. It doesn't appear they show up as Mitel phones (had to disable Clients Vendor Class ID Must Match Name)
3. LLDP-MED does work (using HP switched in test lab)
4. Had to manually input IP address of phone manager server into phone to download SIP firmware and connect. (So far I haven't been able to get option 66 to work on the MiVO 250)

Intercom calls to 1600 is forwarding to the logged in hot desk user 1200  because IC forwarding is turned off on 1600
If you turn off all forwarding to 1600 (delete the forwarding path) then all calls to 1600 will forward to whichever hot desk user is logged in.

Most likely they have a Phone Manager server
Login to the Phone Manager server and go to Features - Communication Service - Group Messaging and change which extensions receive notification
Or if they just need one phone to have message notification - change the hunt group mailbox notification phone

On your iPhone go to Settings --> General --> About --> Scroll down to Certificate Trust Settings
You will see a slider to enable the certificate you downloaded

We have been using Eaton 3S 750, but one of our service guys has been out on a couple calls saying the USB connection is causing Alarm 112  (CPU: Running Low On System Dynamic Memory).  Shutting down the system, removing the USB cable, then restarting the system fixes the problem.  But this leaves no auto shutdown when the power is out and the battery gets low.
Mitel technical support says it is a compatibility issue and told him to check the engineering guidelines for a supported UPS
But engineering guidelines state:
Effective Release 6.0 SP2, monitoring capabilities for previously approved suppliers of UPS units cannot be guaranteed to be compatible with the UPS Monitoring feature.
Anyone have a make/model that is current and working for them?

I had a similar problem with a partial PRI connected to a DMS100.  I changed the protocol on the Mitel 250 from DMS100 to NI-2 (even though Telco equipment was a DMS-100)
Also found that there are issues with the 5000 and DMS - attached doc from Mitel knowledge base

If you are using the new MiCollab PC client, you need to upgrade to 8.0 SP1.  It contains an updated client that allows ringing on both headset and PC speakers

Would need to enable LLDP-MED on the network switches (if your network switches support LLDP-MED).  This would automatically put the phones in the voice VLAN

It was introduced in MiCollab Client 6.0 SP3 which came out in August 2014
