I have recently replaced  a dect phone for a Customer in MiVoice 400 . The phone register to the digital base station . However, when they call any site with IVR(auto Attendant ) the digits do not work

When i type the tracker password , it comes up tracker 2650 on-line  but the CRT +Q ESC does nothing

Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Alarm on Mivoice 470:CI printer blocked

I have just migrated an OIP server and I am getting this alarm on the 400;
"CI printer blocked". Any ideas . I shut down the call logger and start it again in the 400 . the alarm disappeared but it has come back on .

No, I am not getting anything coming up , When I press Control Q and Control W , nothing happens.
The last time I used it on another site, Once you press control W it refreshes the screen an escape key brings the login screen.
Very frustrating now

I have a few SX 2000 in my maintenance queue. I do have a ProComm set up for the remote . The modem connect but I am having issues connecting to the database.

I am trying to upload a Christmas message remotely on aastra 430 version 3.0. I have only a dial up so no using the aastra management set (MIS);
How do I upload to the voicemail or announcement . What format should it be . I have used 8khz and 8 bit but no joy
