According to the Server the below should be on the server.

So there has to be a way to access the other files.

Hi All
We are setting up UCA for our users. I just downloaded the UCA from Mitel website now come to find out I need a registration key. If this is the case what a peice of Crap... We just paid for the license but Mitel never told us we have to pay for the registration key for the software also.

I have Notice under the UC server page there is a section that say client version and what the actual version is on the server but I have not seen where I can download the client from the server.
My question is can you download the UCA from the MAS server and if so where is it located because I have looked all over the server and I have not seen it.

Hi,
I am implementing a UC on a MAS server right now the system is up and running however I run into a problem every time i try to add a user in the UC i get an error stating that the user is already in the 3300.
Is there a way i can copy the user database over to the UC with out deleting the user in the 3300 or I have to delete all the user out of the 3300 and do the programing from the UC.

In the MSL did you define all the local networks?- There is only one network 192.168.0.X

Is there routing from the network your test phone is on to the network the MAS is on? The test phone is on 192.168.0.X

What is the set type the ports are programmed as? the VM port is program as 5220.

I was wondering is Speech Auto Attendant have anything to do with it. 
The reason why I say that it because when you dial the VM HG 4500 the Port answer but we get no speech.

Anyone have configure Precidia on Mitel 3300 for SMDR? I need the configuration for the precidia.

Hi All,
We have a 3300 we just installed and it works great until we turn on the auto attendant to answer all calls. When you dial the main number which is copper trunks the AA answer which is not a problem, However when you dial an extension number it will ring the number you dial after about 2 rings the call will go to the user voice mail at the same time the calling party will not hear the ring only a dead silent then the voice mail.

Do anyone know how we can change the timer so that the incoming call can ring more than 2 times while the caller is hearing the ringing.

I have change the timer in the COS of the set but that did not make any difference.

I had to set the password to the Manager and the technician, all i did was set the password for the Admin

Hi All,
I have a 3300 6.0 and we are using AMB. I notice the lines are not disconnecting as they should. Disconnect supervision are on the lines from the CO however the lines would not disconnect.

Any help would  be great.

Hi
 I just installed a 3300 6.0 sw 12.0.0.52 the installation went well except for we are unable to access the administrator mailbox.
when we try to access the administrator mailbox I get "Im sorry the system isnt configured to support this feature at this time"
so we are unable to record the auto attendant.

Any help is appreciated.
