SRC under the devices tab will show all devices connected to it. A red X will mean they were connected but are now disconnected for various reasons.

Appears to me to be a low level audit of call control without being design good luck in understating what the result was. I wouldn't worry about it as it probably a flag just saying it was running an audit process but then I am still learning mitelnese.

Yes you can set your DHCP Server to hand out the 125/128 options that Mitel Phones need view the help file there is also a Option 125 helper available through Mitel.

Hate that when that happens nothing like programming a million AAs from scratch.

Agree with Ralph use the clear all features. Just because there is an analog set doesn't mean that they can't forward with feature codes ie *72.

It is helpful for admins to have trunks named so you know what trunks you are working on without digging that is why you should comment everything. As far as names in a cluster what load of software are you on are you sharing teldirs. The name is derived through teldir. Yes there are some COS options that should be enabled under the display section.

Check QSIG Diversion, Public Network to Public Network, and a killer one ISDN Progress

Last two are class of service options on the trunks. First one is a system option.

Agree on the hard drive.

Yes check maintenance logs for NTP errors. Time on phones can be inaccurate as time takes low priority in the processing queue.

E2T is set by setting a DHCP Reservation called E2T that is the important part and then also the MAC address of the E2T that can be found on the controller label.

I meant the first twelve will be remapped into one row as you stated losing the last 12 buttons of a 24 button phone. So an option would be to set your critical buttons to the first 12 and user speed calls to the last 12.

Not in front of a system right now but it is something like handoff ip device #. I believe it needs to be done in shell. Handback is the reverse command.

As far as softphones go I would assume your key mapping would be limited as well however you would have a directory at your fingertips. Yes that is a pain in hotdesking is that button mapping gets screwed up if they hotdesk to a smaller phone. To me you are not solving the problem as far as buttons go. My question might be is there a pc there could you also do a UC deployment or are the buttons that big of a deal? Part of this is end user training. The only other real possiblity I see to make everything seemless is to get all the same phones or at least the same number of buttons.
