Depending on messaging server an easy solution might be to add 5075 to the extensions of 5091. I would have to test but I think if you overflow 5091 to a phantom extension it might work correctly.

nmackin: Your issue is probably that you are not stripping enough digits or getting the incorrect digits from the CO ie they send 1234 then your extension needs to match or you can change it with a speedcall to 4321. There are also other ways to change the inbound digits.

Twinsen: I would look at call rerouting always during night mode not sure if this can be set on an LDN though I would have to do some looking.

It would have to be on the phone but I am familiar enough with this model to advise how to change it.

Is there a reason that this needs to be external? Is there network between the two sites? IP trunks would be a better way to do this. Otherwise treat it as a normal call if you want to handle it as them calling 4 digit and translating to it to say LD you could add digits thru ARS.

Agree with Ralph on the Help files if it is hard to find the information you are looking for I would contact a Mitel dealer to help on the programming of the system and have them go through it with you to have a better understangind that way you can support it next time. And yes as I stated there are many ways to do this ACD, Hunt Groups, Call Rerouting on and on.

Yes there are several ways to do this look in the help files at ACD/ACD Express and RADs. This will explain the programming to you.

Also verify how many digits they are sending you and that trunk attributes is not stripping off extra digits.

Yeah I have had to put in static reservations for them as well as untagged on the phone network.

I will have to test this when I get time but from the call parks I have out there if I am correct you do not need to hang up or press cancel. Something to try.

1.) Park to another unused extension or phantom analog extensions.
2.) Multiple call appeareances.

Sorry to not be much help but to get more details than it is is a low level call control log I would suggest a call to Mitel for interpretation.

By the way I take no responsibility for bricked 5302s.

http://edocs.mitel.com/UG/EN/5302_QRG.pdf

If you can access edocs there is the link. If all three lights are flashing you just need to pin it with whatever your set registration code is and DN.

A word of advise and dont take it the wrong way but save yourself some headaches and get rid of the 5302s for at least 5304s.

For those of us that don't know could you explain ERP and what kind of interface you are thinking of integrating with or too?
