Mitel Software Applications / No Audio on DID calls

Hi Guys,
I have this strange issue form my UCA users when a call come to their exten internally they can answer the call and get audio. However, when they received a call to their DID when they answer the call there is no Audio.


Any Help would be appreciated.

Hi All,
I have a issue with a user UCA. When the receive a call they get the call ringing twice and they are unable to answer the call the would get ringing on 2 device.

Any help would be great.

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / ACD and Auto Attendant

Hi
We have a SX200 ICP that we are using the AA and ACD.
We have a issue when a customer dial the AA and press 1 for customer services the call will ring the ACD set twice and the call will go back to the the QUE.

I have made a few test but change the 1 option rather it going to the ACD path extn with is 270 I sent it to my exten 240 and it works. When i press one at the option it will ring my phone until my VM answer.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi
We have a SX2000 that we cant make changes to
When trying to edit a form I geth this message.
Requested form cannot be used. It is currently lock by "concept:
Concept is the user that I am login with.

How can I reset this user with out rebooting the system. We can't make any changes to the system as we are locked out.

The desk phones are find just the UCA clients the received calls from their DID.

we have users with 2 multicall on their phone one for internal calls and 1 for external calls
If someone call their internal number 5010 they can answer the call with not problem however, if they call the DID xxx-1722
they will get 2 box pop up with Ringing on 2 devices.

Have anyone had this problem.

Hi
We just installed out UCA on a MAS server it was working find until of a sudden we have no audio on any calls that come into a user DID.
internal calls works with no problem however is a user received a call on their DID the call can't hear them and they can't hear the caller.

Hi,
I have a question. We are installing Mitel Border Gateway in a MAS server with Nupoint & UC server. We will be deploying smart phone devices. The smart phone are working internal with UCA mobile, however I can't get it to work outside of the network, We have it on the DMZ so there is no port issue there. Do we need licenses in order for the mobile phone to work outside of the network.

I notice the license for TW shows 0

Hi,
I think i have a configuration issue maybe someone can help me.
We are using UCA server on the MAS and a 3300.  When I configure an extension as a App server port the UCA client will register on the desktop and i can make and received calls. However, I can't programs any buttons on the phone it is grayed out.

When I program the exten as UC Endpoint the UCA will not register. Should i be using App server port or UC endpoint to configure UCA client?

Hi,
We have a 3300 and we are implementing Mitel UC Server 6.0.
We will be using UCA on the desktop and mobile. I have configure and extension on the 3300 and set device to App server port and it work for the desktop but if it is set to UC Endpoint it will not work.

Another issue is Mobile will only register if the UCA desktop is register. so in other words if the user close down their desktop and leave for home the UCA mobile dont register. What we want is the UCA mobile work to work all the time.

another thing I notice is when trying to make a call via the UCA mobile when it is register with the UCA desktop  "set device to App server port" every call i try to make from the UCA mobile it send the audio to the desktop rather than the Mobile.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Actually They are located on the server I just figured it out. When you setup a UCA you can have it email the users the link on where to it is located.
