No nupoint expert here but these are often case sensitive on other apps and my AD shows the ipPhone attribute with an uppercase P for phone as shown previously.

Im no expert on flexible reporting but at a guess from your results i would say there is some rounding up/down going on for some reason.
In Excel there are ways of using whole integers only, maybe this will set you in the right direction.

I dont think the errors you have posted are your problem, I think it will be before this. This is the client trying to register for presence updates and the client will still connect to the server without this working. delete ypur ucc.log then start the client and post the results.

You could use the IP Phone Analyser, It is included within the MCD software package.

Think you will need to call Mitel on this one, there is a problem with some versions of the client, at one point they gave me an older version and that worked fine, tried upgfrading after last service pack released and its broken again.

The line I got was that it is not sold as an accurate time piece, different phones update the time in different ways so it also depends on your handset

ok, well in that case my opinion from the last release supported by Mitel is that this was one of the best voicemail systems they have had and is far better than the nupoint.

I dont quite get why you find it frustrating when a Transform script will do exactly what you want, there is a sample script in the Admin guide all you have to do is customise it to your environment.

When using multiple UCA servers in different countries the ability for the client to work out which its local server is,and connect to that so as to minimise traffic and delays..
