Hello every one I'm pretty new to ring groups on the MiVB, I have been working with the Office 250 for years with the UCD hunt groups and I wanted to know best practice for a all ring ring group that stays in the group and until it's answered or the caller hangs up. This is for a doctors office with about 10 to 20 phones as members who will have a present button on the phone when they do not need to answer the calls, also I want to show the practice manager how to monitor them with MiCC. Note did not want to be ACD/Hotdesk to do cost, very sorry for this long message and thank you for any advise2.

Hello,
I have question on the MiCC client when I monitor a ring group using Queue Now and extension state by position that has 17 members in the group. When I see the member in yellow of course logged in but not present, green system idle, red on ACD or ACD hold, blue member is ringing, but I notice if the members that are logged in and present are green and then turn blue while a call is in the group not answered I would see the status change to green but with the caller's name and number and then someone would answer.
