Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Installing second PRI T1 on 3300 MXe III

Hi All,
First time playing with an 3300 controller. Client needs a second PRI plugged in to the controller. Rebooted system after plugging in, and it doesn't come up. Any ideas, steps or documentation that would help in connecting the line properly? Thanks
