MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Phone system not giving a option for voicemail, just rings and drops

We have a Mitel 5000 running 3.1.2.18 (When connecting with Session manager)
Recently we have had an issue with delayed voicemails, phones show it immediately, but email takes awhile.. which we where looking at but late yesterday suddenly with no changes it just stopped allowing people to even leave a voicemail.. just rings 4 times and then disconnects
What should I be looking at?
