Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Unable to update VM timezone settings

MXe 3300
Voicemails are forwarded to email. The timestamp that shows on the email is 4 hours off. I found posts that indicated changing the timezone associated with servers under "VM Network Servers" should fix it but it is not making a difference. Do I need to restart my controller for it to take effect?
