Hello, is it possible to make outgoing calls as the ring group DID number? I don't know what line value I should add to give that option. Multi-Call gives me a "the directory number is in use elsewhere".

Does Mitel have the ability to automatically dial my intercom and play a recording? Is it possible to schedule an auto-call?

Our agents have started receiving this message daily a couple of weeks ago. No changes have been made for months.

Has anyone run into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mitel Software Applications / Help allocating IVR Ports

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all staying safe amid this pandemic.

We're a contact center with about 7 agents that gets about 3000-4000 calls a day but during some seasons, we've had over 25+ customers calling at once.

We have 50 IVR ports
43 Messaging 5020
4  UpiQ 5020
3  Outbound 5020(for callbacks I assume)

I think UpiQ ports are used to tell a customer what their position is in a queue and leave a message for us to call them back (according to the subroutine).


I don't know how long customers spend on the UpiQ ports to know if I need to add more of them. What do you guys think?

Is there any way to automatically default the domain name on the back-end of Web Ignite?

Currently, users are logging in with DOMAIN\USER

Is there a way to add the DOMAIN part so you only log in with the USER portion?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Access Database on NuPoint

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if we can connect to the database on the NuPoint server?

We'd like to be able to run historical reports on certain call flows without using the call flow report on the NuPoint. Reason being that when the server is rebooted, all of that data is gone and we can't run a report for a specific month. In order to do that, we'd need to reset the call flow report at the beginning of the month and clear it before the next month and hope that the server is not rebooted in the meantime.

Is there a way to grab that data?

Hi guys,

Is it normal not to be able to program keys in the PKM695 connected to a 6920 directly? The only way I can program speed dials is through the MiVoice Business Web interface.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello!

I need help... Our company recently upgraded our phone system and the vendor who set it up went out of business so now we're basically left to figure it out on our own...

I believe we have an MCD 3300.

How can I create an account that can log in to MiCollab web interface and only have access to NuPoint Web Console - Call Directory - Call Flow.

This user (contact center manager) needs to be able to update our recordings constantly.

(I found information on setting up User Authorization Profiles and Admin Policies but that it looks like it's only on MiVoice web interface).
