Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Alternate Transfer failing

I'm trying to setup an Alternate Transfer in the NuPoint Call Director of our Mitel 3300.  I've tried the Dial String with the number, the number with 1 at the beginning, the number with 8 (number to dial outbound) at the beginning and the number with 8 and 1 at the beginning.  When I place a test call and select the Menu number for the Alternate Transfer, it hangs up the call and never transfers.  I have the No Answer Timeout set for 30.

Any ideas?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / NuPoint Call Flow

We updated our Line Group 1 call flow with different menu options, but the changes are not working when placing a test call.  It's acting like it's still using the "old" call flow.
I've been working with our provider on a "test" call flow and finally got that working, but when copying it to the Line Group 1 flow - it seems to not have updated.

Any idea what I'm missing?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 6920 - Teleworker setup

I’m trying to setup teleworker mode on a new phone, but not finding the Config Teleworker menu.   We use this for most of our call center employees and it works fine for them.  But for some reason I can’t find the settings on this new phone (same 6920 model as our others) and I’m in Advanced Settings.

Do know what I might be doing wrong?  It’s normally between Status and Diagnostics on the menu below.  It’s also not showing under the Static Settings menu either.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call Flow problem

I'm trying to setup a call flow in Call Director in NuPoint with a blind transfer to a ring group.  The ring group is 8000.  When I setup for Blind Transfer to Specified Extension and use extension 8000 the result when pressing the assigned number is "that is an invalid selection", please try again".

If I use the Blind Transfer to Gathered Digits and punch in 8000, it transfers fine.   ???

Any ideas on what could cause Blind Transfer to Specified Extension to give that message?

Mitel Software Applications / Ignite Screen - White Block

This white block (see attached), doesn't go away after calls - preventing the user from changing the Make Busy code.  It's been an issue since we switched to Mitel.  The provider and Mitel were unable to resolve this.  They suggested we use the web version, but that doesn't have all the features we need.

Any ideas?

I have an employee that seems to have bricked his phone. He didn't wait for the startup process to finish and unplugged both Ethernet and Power.  It will not power up or start now.  Any suggestions?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 6920 Phone Locked problem

I removed a user and extension 1226 that had been setup as an ACD agent.  Added the user and extension back as a Basic User.  The 6920 phone still shows Locked, as if it's setup for ACD.
I tried clearing the MAC address and manually entering, but still comes up Locked. 

Any ideas?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Ring Group Voicemail setup

I'm trying to setup a Ring Group with 2 members and have it go to voicemail, if they don't answer.  I've seen several threads on this, but nothing has worked for me so far.

I have a DID line that forwards to Ring Group 8000. 
Set the Overflow Point to 7997. 
7997 is setup as a mailbox in NuPoint Web Console.

Per one suggestion, I added 8000 to the Alternate Extension #1 for the 7997 mailbox.  This setup rings the Ring Group, but never hits the 7997 voicemail (I waited for the timers to expire).  I also saw some suggestions to use a NameTag Hunt Group as part of the setup.  I tried this but also did not work.

Goal - I want calls to the DID to ring the two members - and go to a voicemail mailbox if no answer.

Any suggestions for an easy setup?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Ignite Login Error

I have an Ignite agent that gets this error when attempting to login to the Ignite client:
"The real-time service was unable to connect in the time expected"

The other agents are logging in fine.

Any ideas?
