Mitel Software Applications / Reporting on number of calls

Hello All,

Firstly this website is a fantastic recourse!

I would like to run a report which displays the total number of calls for each individual internal IP phone.

Is the above possible, how can I set this up, can this be broken down into number of calls answered, if it was internal/external etc?

I've had a quick look on the Mitel MiVoice business tool but can't see anything obvious (Novice User)
