MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Auto Attendant

The Auto Attendant seems to have a time delay issue on the prerecorded instructions. The system is chopping off the first approx 1/2 second of the verbal instruction offered for each task. This applies to only the factory recorded system instructions. Thanks for any help
