Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how I can configure MiContact Center 9.2.3 with a MiVB 9.2 to get an ACD queue with more than 4 messages? Customer has given me 6 messages they want to be played, each over 30 seconds long with UPiQ required as well and I am not sure if this is possible. I am trying to see if I can use the IVR feature of the MiContact Center to do this but not sure how to do that either. Any suggestions welcomed.

Hi Guys,

I need some guidance with UPiQ setup (I have the default one in place), does anyone know of a step by step document somewhere that shows this? I think I have it done correctly but for some reason it is not cutting in as expected so i must have missed something important.

Hi Guys,

Can someone confirm for me the key numbering sequence for these PKMs? I believe it is start bottom left key to the top of the left then starts the next row at the bottom etc, is that correct? I haven't programmed one of these is years!

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / VM Hunt group busy

Hi Guys,

I have a PBX that the Embedded VM Hunt group is always busy even though the individual VM Port numbers can be dialed and answer every time. I have rebuilt the entire VM with new numbers for the port and for the hunt group but with the same result.
Confirmed that the COS for the VM ports is set with the COV/ONS/E&M Voice Mail Port  = Yes, Message Waiting = Yes, Voice Mail Softkey = Yes and everything else left defaults.
Feature access codes have been entered and are working correctly.
Many system reboots have happened but no idea what is causing this as yet. Suggestions welcomed!

Hi Guys,

Has anyone found a way to remove the programming for analog trunks after the hardware has been removed from the PBX? Have a CX that had a second Analog board that has since been taken out without first removing the programming from the PBX.

Hi Guys,

Do anyone know if there is a way to mask the caller ID of an extension number for calls over IP Trunks similar to CPN Substitution for SIP calls? I have a number of extensions that I would like to show a different caller ID for when placing calls to another PBX via IP Trunks.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab ACD Hotdesk softphone

Hi Guys,

Anyone using the MiCollab Softphone as a Hotdesk ACD agent? I am trying to allow a agent ID to be a softphone user as well as a Hotdesk login on a deskphone but I seem to be having an issue with the login on the deskphone requiring a PIN but once I set a PIN it breaks the Softphone login. Remove the PIN and the softphone logs in again right away but then I am stuck with the problem of having no login to the deskphone. Anyone figured this out already?

Hi Guys,

I have an MXe with two PSU and one is failing as I can see the alerts but it is intermittent so I need to be able to identify the failing unit from the maintenance logs, the entry is as below but I am not sure if the "1" indicates the first power supply or if that just means 1 of the 2 power supplies failed.

Warning   2021/Apr/22   17:00:07   REDUNDANT   Power supply 1 removed

Right now both are working so the "SHOW STATUS REDUNDANT" does not help me identify the faulty one.

Any ideas?

Hi guys,

I have been asked to setup a Auto Attendant or IVR that will require more than 9 dialable options from the main message and I would like to hear from anyone who has done something similar. The caller will need to be able to enter 2 digits to exit the message system and be directed to the relevant answerpoint but i do not believe this is possible in NuPoint so i am hoping for suggestions here.

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that is requesting a cordless analog phone that will be able to display the Caller ID Name for calls from other extensions. Does anyone have any experience with a phone like that that they can advise me on the right model? It is important that the phone displays the NAME and not just the NUMBER of the Caller ID info.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / PMS TRACE capture

Hi guys,

I am wondering if anyone knows how I can capture the output of the PMS TRACE maintenance command other than in the maintenance command window? I need to have a longterm capture as I am having an issue which seems to me that PMS software is not sending the correct data to the PBX when rooms are being checked in. This is via an IP connection, not serial.

Any suggestions?

How do I get a database backup off a SX2000 for a migration if I don't have OPS Manager? The PBX does not have any IP configuration so i am at a loss as to how to proceed now.

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX-2000 amp pinout

Guys,

Can anyone provide me with pinouts for a SX-2000 amphenol connectors with ONS cards? I am getting some conflicting information in the various manuals I am looking at. I have a SX-2000 with a number of cabinets that I am replacing with AXs and ASUs and I am trying to document what extensions are on what cable based on the programming printout from the SX-2000.

Hi Guys,

I am in the process of migrating a SX-2000 with a number of per-nodes to a MXe/AX cluster and I would like to be able to get a printout of the programming on the SX-2000 (especially the analog extensions) so that I can have use it to ensure I configure the new PBX analog extensions to match the existing cabling. Can anyone help me with this procedure? I have found a lot of info all relating to using Procomm, which I can't find anywhere, connected via a serial port. I am hoping that there is an alternate way of doing this.

Any help gratefully accepted!
