Hello,

I have a 3300 and I'm trying to set up a mobile user without having to use an IP phone license. I also have a MAS server and MBG, for what it's worth

I'd like to be able to call an extension from my mitel phone (ie 123) and have that forward to a 10 digit external number. I'd also like extension 123 to show up on my MiCollab reception console to make forwarding calls easier for receptionist.

Is this possible? I could create an IP phone, set up call forward always, then just remove the device. But then I'd still need to purchase an IP phone license for it

thanks!

I have a phone that just keeps going back to the "USE Superkey TO SEND PIN" message. I hit ***123superkey and it blinks, then back to same message.
tried different extensions, no luck

any suggestions? as far as I can tell it's connecting to my 3300 with no problem, otherwise I wouldn't be getting the superkey message

Hello,

lately my 3300 web console has started not loading all of the components. it has the banner bar, alerts etc, but nothing along the left side. at one point it would show the menu on the left but would often not load the info into the primary pane at the lower right.

Have rebooted 3300, same results. tried in private browser, same results

using IE11 on windows 10

Hello,

I have two 3300 units connected across a VPN tunnel. I had the VPn go down for a few minutes this morning and now when trying to dial extensions on the remote side we get a "out of service" error on the handset

rebooting one of the 3300s brought the connection back up, but of course  ::) there was another hiccup afterward and I'm back to out of service.

Is there a better way to get these things to talk again?

thanks!

Hello,

I've found that my users with blackberry devices (on BES) are not able to play the wav files that are emailed to them from my Mitel 3300/MAS/Nupoint/whatever
if you click "preview" on the file it can play it, but if you just click on the file or choose play it says unsupported format.

Is there any way to change the wav encoding or even change to MP3?

Has no one else encountered this problem?
