Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 6110 / Mitai problem

Hello i have just installed a Mitel 3300 MXe with 15 ACD hotdesk Agents1 ACD skils group1 path also have installed Mitel 6110 V 5.8 with Hotfix patch 3 i have run a sync on the 6110 and i can see all agents and all are showing on CCC on a supervisors pc as well as the path real time statsBut i am not able to control the path or the Agents which is being caused by the Mitai link not running i am getting a Mitai error in my network monitor on 6110i have spoken to mitel sales and the interactive contact centre license now comes as standard with all standard agentsi have run a telnet session to my 3300 ip with the Mitai port 8000 and i can connect and see date being sent i am now lost with what i can try next any ideas

Hello

i am getting the following error while trying to call an ocs softphone

15:27:55 ROL DPN PEER Mediation 52 5 SSRM_C  3333                               
15:27:55 RIL DPN PEER NIL_PEER_ 52 15 CRM/CIM ;30;*58*C2*G*2#*234*Gp#   

for the life of me i cannot find the problem

this has been working for the last 5 months now stops


please help before xmas
 !!!!

Hello

i am trying to get basic calling between the 2 my SIP connection keeps going out of service or i get a timeout


if i do a CCS trace on the MCD i get a "peer nil peer message back when the call fails


anyone seen this before

both are in good working order and still have the staic bags and Mitel boxes

they have come from a system that has moved over to SIP and MICD

for sale in the UK only

I have been asked to setup 10 cisco 7940 ip phones as sip phones connecting to a 4.1 mcd mitel
I have found loads of information regarding this online but all seem hard to work out

Has anyone done and do they have a the files and a step by step guide on how to do it

i have got 100 users running UCA softphones how can i get UCA to SYNC the contact in a users outlook address book when a new contact is added

running the sync for each user is going to be a nightmare

Hello

i am just setting up a MICD with multi 3300 instances anyone touched this yet i know its very new

so far i have found


1.lives on MSL 9.1
2.Blades must be installed via dvd drive will not work with cd rom drive even if your using cds
3.uses a lot of ram and cpu
4.need to have 2 servers per setup 1 for MCD and 1 for DSP connections such as voicemail and conf and ons/lsgs
5.complete failover with another server / MCD on MXE or on ISS

I am setting up a Mitel 3300 with MS UM as the voicemail

this is just as a demo

Sip trunk is up and connected but i am getting Access denied when i call the number for the SIP trunk

anyone had this before

 ?
