Mitel Software Applications / Tui password

Hi guys.
I have an issue when i change the tui password from Micollab.
When i try to log (hotdesk)  in my 69xx phones : field to connect.
Currently i have to change the tui password then put the same pin in the user authentication menu in the vMcd.

I have no issue withe sync between micollab and vmcd

Any idea?

hi ,

It is possible to switch from loudspeaker to handset only with the key loudspeaker/headset ?

currently , when i take a call with loudspeaker i have to hang up 1 time to switch to handset.

Any idea ?

Hi,

In nupoint --> Limit COS --> Caller message length  i set 5 minutes ( it works when it s an external caller)

When inter,al caller , call another DN i have less than 10 secondes to leave a message .

Any idea ?

Hi ,

I have to connect an application (svi) to my Vmcd

The application requires a sip account (I created an account 1111 that I tested with an xlite and it works, I can call and be called)

ut when I use the 1111 on this application, it doesn't  work.


With a wireshark trace I have a 603 Decline from application to the Mitel

With locate feature extension 1111 : i can see  1111 login active at sip


any idea to debug?

Hi.

When im in phone and receive a second call. I can t see it in the missed call.

If i receive only one call. I can see it as missed call.

Any idea?

Hi.

When operator put in hold a call. After 30second the console ring again but the call stay in hold.

How can i delete this ring? I checked all hold timer in cos.

Any idea ?

Currently i set a speed call key with Fac.

But the boss want to hide the number without using Fac

its possible to receive call directly to headset ?

Currently , if i want to take a call with headset , i have to hit 2 times loud speeaker/headset.

I programmed "headset" but i doesnt works .

Any idea ?

I have 400 users and each user want to create more than 20 dss busy lamp key.

I have to deploy 100 users with micollab client . i changed the msi parameter to deploy it with mbg.mycompagny.com

but i dont know if it possible to automatically tick this box :


- Active sip phone
- This number is used by multi peripheral
- Teleworker

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mivoice buissiness console + Nupoint

hi guys

Hi ,

i have a mailbox call director (DN 1111) with Menu (multi choice ) .

When the caller hit number 2 , the call go to Mivoice business console (DN 2222)

The issue is when the operator 2222 click and take the call , the caller listen to the  Moh  7 second before he can join the operator.
so the operator have to wait each time 7 second before the communication begin.

i don't know how can i delete this timer , i tried diffrent timer in Cos without success  ( i don't know if it's in 1111 cos our in 2222 cos or in voicemail port cos)

any idea ?

Error while trying to get data from MBG: 'Apparently your credentials are not valid. Try deleting them and re-subscribing

Hi.

I have 2 nodes in cluster

I have 400 users on the first pbx and hosted on the first node. And on the second node as second element for resilience.

And 20 users hosted only on the second element.

I wanr to know if there is a command to see all users and information about in wihch pbx node the are hosted
