Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5624 Ntp

I would like to know how to configure the ntp server on 5624 phones
when I put my phone on the programmer, the phone retrieves the date and time from my computer.
I tried to put on my computer the wrong date / time to be sure that the phone will then look for the date and time via the ntp server.
In my template I tried two things that didn't work:
in my template -> Device -> general -> ntp server: I tried with the ip of my mivb and the ip of an ntp server.
I applied the template to my phone but it still takes the date and time from my computer
I then added in the dhcp option (I use the msl dhcp), option 42 (ntp server)
the problem is that my phones have a 20days lease and, I can't clear the lease so that my phones can make a new request.
any idea to put the ntp on my 5624?

hi guys , i have an issue with the call forward to mobile :
Did number (direct inward dialing ) to 1234 (speedcall) ---> to mobile : it works
but
did number to extension 2222 (phone) call forward ON to mobile : it doesn't work
phone 2222 able to call mobile ( no COR restriction)
any idea ?

i have two system in cluster with Mbg for sip trunk
When i shutdown the first system , i'm able to make internal call , but for outgoing calls i doesnt works.
Tcpdump :
From MBG to system 2 :
400 Bad request
reason : via header is unresolvable.
any idea ?

Hi guys
i have two issue on mitel 69xx phones :
from parameter menu , i don't have the call forward menu on the main page , i have to go in advance option with the password 73738 to have the menu . Any idea ?
Issue 2 : i'm not able to change the language of my phone , message "failed"

I have a MLAA setup that routes calls to different extensions.
when a caller makes a choice, the destination rings 20s then he hears the advanced options (press 9 if you know the name of the extension, press 0 for help...).
which timer I have to change to increase the ringing from 20s to at least 125s.
the destinations are ring groups
Any help appreciated

hello ,
i have two Icp in cluster (primary & secondary)
in the proprety management --> mutidevice suites i can see all my rooms and member , but i'm not able to activate the SDS with the secondary system.
does any one knows how resilence works for multidevice suites ?

I imported 300 users with the spreadsheet file, and my client asked me to change the extensions. How can I do ? Force to delete users first?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / License violation
« on: February 10, 2020, 06:02:11 PM »Hi guys. I have 1 Mivb with a dlm and a cluster of 5 Mivb. I installed the new security certificate on the 4 Mivb and I left the mivb with the dlm at the end. When I installed my last certificate, after the retrieve license, my dlm went to No, impossible to give it to yes, so I made a clear hardware id of the Garid but since then I can change it to Yes. I have the error below. Any idea ?
