Has anyone out there used 911 Enable as a 911 service? I can get the outbound portion to work correctly, but the inbound fails with a fast busy. Using MBG as a proxy connecting to MCD 6.0.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Hosted User Service

I have a system that was decommissioned that I need to remove from the Network elements form, but it will not allow me to delete it because it "has an entry in hosted user service." Problem is that I do not see any users anywhere associated with this 3300. Can someone help me find the SDS Debug? PM the info please.

Or any other ideas?

Ok, I wouldn't believe this if I didn't have the mp3 to prove it. A caller leaves a message and hangs up, but then you hear them calling someone else. How the heck is that possible?

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab and AD

I have a customer who is wanting to switch their existing MiCollab Client (UCA) from PBX sync to AD sync. I have never done this and was wondering what issues this may cause with an existing system.

Will AD overwrite all of the accounts in MiCollab? What about accounts that were manually entered without actual devices (RGs and HGs for routing purposes)? Will any of this push down to the 3300s if different? How do you do AD sync with a multi-node environment (six 3300s to be exact)? Or can you?

Am I missing any glaring issues?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Ring Groups

Does the 200-EL/ML have the ability to do ring groups? I am thinking no, but just wanted to check.

I have a customer who is wanting a broadcast style group with a mix of digital and ONS sets. Any other suggestions?

I have a customer who wants RGs to act a lot like ACD, but wants multiple appearances of the user's prime on the phone at the same time.

Basically, they have a sales RG that they only want to offer calls to the members when they are truly idle. But they also want them to have three multicall appearances of their prime on their phone for internal and DID calls. Any suggestions on how to prevent a RG from offering them a call when any of the lines are in use?

I have a site that thinks some sets are failed over to it, they are not. If you LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION (DN) the primary shows them registered to it and the secondary shows that they are registered there. Is there a command that will force the controllers to reconcile this? My only thought is a reboot tonight.

Has anyone used the new announcements tab in the call coverage form? Care to share how it works? I don't remember anything about it from the 7.0 update cert and I don't have access to a system with the help files loaded on it to read anything about it.

Mitel Software Applications / Centralized RAC

I have a site with 6 3300s running MCD 6 and MAS with Nupoint. Is it possible to have RAC on all of the sites when Nupoint is configured on 3300 A? The help just says that the recorder hunt groups must be local on all MCDs and not RDNs. When I program a recorder HG on controller B and put the same port DNs that are in the recorder HG on A (which works for phones local to A), the RAC feature doesn't work. I can see that the soft keys for trans/conf go away on the set, but I don't get the pause and stop softkeys for RAC. Do I have to have RAC ports configured locally on all 3300s?

All of the COSs in use are shared and I have checked them to verify the required options.

Does anyone have a QRG or user guide to the UCA console? I can't seem to find one anywhere.

I have a site that when the console tries to xfer to VM it thinks it is the user calling to check the mailbox and asks for a passcode instead of playing a greeting. I just want to make sure they are doing it correctly.

I have a site with MBG in a DMZ running

Today, multiple users connected to multiple MCDs disconnected and reconnected. The logs show lost set connection with SS read failed Connector reset (104).
