New customer with 100% MiCollab softphone users on MiVB, needs to be able to park a call for another user to pick up. MiCollab softphone on MiVB does not support call park. Anyone know of another method to achieve a similar result?

Got a weird one. MiVoice Business Express running 8.0.2.301. Calls dialed through the auto attendant (NuPoint Callflow) to a user will not display correct calling number data, or ring the EHDU (cell phone) more than 1 ring unless the user's desk phone is present in their MDUG. When desk phone is absent, the NuPoint port DN is displayed as the calling number in MiCollab, the EHDU only rings once, and then the call drops. If the desk phone is present, even if it's unplugged, everything works as it should. No active SWA, so I can't open a ticket with Mitel.

Have a new install for a customer that has about 60 users in a business unit that need all calls recorded, and want a "this call may be recorded" warning to play before all inbound and outbound calls to/from those users. I have a (albeit ugly) solution on the inbound, which is to run each DID number through an empty ACD path that plays a RAD then interflows to the user. I have no idea how to do this for outbound, and I have Mitel support stumped on that as well. Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone know how to set up Mitel Interaction Recording (aka ASC neo recording) to record EHDU's? Have a customer with a requirement to record the EDHU for multi-device users and I can't seem to get it to work nor find documentation on how to set this up. I'm guessing I need to connect the ASC to the trunk side on the SRC, but no clue on how.

Anyone else using OAuth 2.0 for the IMAP connection between NuPoint UM and O365 and having message retention problems? I've been working with Mitel and Microsoft for a couple of weeks on issues where NPUM polls for the status of a message sent to a user, O365 incorrectly reports back that the message does not exist in the user's inbox (even though it is there), so NPUM is deleting the message from the voice mailbox. I would think if this was a bug on Mitel or MS, someone else would be seeing this as well.

In case you missed the post in the MiVB/3300 forum, MiCollab 9.x is impacted by the Log4j vulnerability. Mitel has issued a security advisory and a patch, which requires a reboot of the MiCollab server:

So I used to be able to just do a "shutdown -r [time]" to reboot an MSL server at the designated time, but now (at least on a MiCollab 9.3 system), even if I specify a time in the future, NuPoint and MiCollab Client services are shut down immediately. Anyone have another method to do this? Normally I just need to bounce a MiCollab a few hours later, so no need to mess around in cron or anything complex, just looking for a simple command line command.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Updated UVM setup for Office365?

Anyone have updated instructions on settings up UVM Enhanced Integration to Office365? The last documentation I can find is from 2015 and the O365 side of the setup looks completely different. Have a customer that switched from G-Suite to O365 and needs to get Enhanced Integration working.

I have a need for a customer to be able to send different calling party number depending on who the user is calling. Customer does outbound calling for sales follow up and appointment settings so they need to send the calling party number of the company they're representing. We can do this just fine on the desk phones by setting up a SIP peer profile with each calling party number and then assigning speedcall keys with the different ARS leading digit set to point to the correct route, but the users want to be able to use the MiCollab dialing shortcuts to pull the number to be called from their data source instead of dialing manually. i can't think of a way to do this, anyone got a creative solution?

Have a system where the users say after a system reset they have no call/message history in the user web page. Is this data cleared on a reset/reboot, or do I have a larger issue on this system?

Just a tip, since I've had this one bit me umpteen times in the last year: If you're having one-way or no-way audio issues with SIP trunks or Teleworker SIP devices, go into your MBG settings and enable "Relax set RTP checks". It's new as of MBG release 11 I think, I've had several systems that had issues with MiCollab softphones or even SIP trunk calls (particularly to rural carriers) after upgrading from an older release.

Anyone have some actual useful documentation on how to set up MS Teams Direct Routing to a MiVB? Using an Audicodes virtual SBC, been banging my head against the wall on this for weeks trying to get it set up. I have the Audicodes set up per the documentation on Mitel KMS, but I can't get Teams Admin center to see the SBC, nor is there any information on how to configure the MiVB. Is it a trunk side or station side interface between the MiVB and Teams? There's no detail in the documentation on that.

Non-Mitel Chatter / 3rd party voice mail transcription service

Looking for recommendations for 3rd party voice mail transcription providers, as I've got several MiVB/MiCollab clients asking for it but it's not natively supported. I see tons of Google results, but does anyone have a recommendation? Preferably someone with a la carte pricing and who doesn't require hundreds or thousands of seats to even look at a customer.

I've been having a heck of a time with a new site that has a small call center using MiCollab SIP softphones and Web Ignite for the agents. Create a new agent (IDS/AD integrated on MiCollab and MiCC-B), get their MiCollab deployed, they can log in to Ignite, but they show a status of "Unknown" and can't change their queue state.

I have a customer with a system running 6.2.3.53, and the HTTPS port has been customized from 443 to 1443. When loading new/upgraded PC's for the customer admins, the only version of the SysAdmin tool (6.3.9.102) does not appear to allow changing these ports. Anyone know if it's possible to change the port assignments somewhere in the 6.3 SysAdmin tool, or where I can find a copy of the 6.2.3.53 tool installer?
