does anyone know how to set up in Nupoint ,  a mailbox to announce only a message and not leave the possibility to the caller to record a message?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Key template

Hi ,

 I have to use user Template  on Micollab associete with key Template on controllers . In this key Template i have two Personal keys" The first for Deskphone( 1234) The second for soft phone ( extension 1*234)
The issue : For Deskphone i checked "Use Prime DN" but for softphone i don't know how to put the second extension. If i checked "Use Prime DN" i have a duplicate keys error in Micollab. And if its blank i can't apply the template.

Any idea ?

Hello ,

I have a customer who wants to put music on hold when a user is already in communication (on the second call)

and can then transfer the call to the voicemail after a delay.

Someone has an idea ?

the company called, how can i present the called number and not the caller's number, and if I can

having both is even better.

On the other hand I do not know what I have to do  in Pbx side to make arrive my external number to this call flow.

Hu guys ,

i have an issue with mivoice console

i can use the console with the session (Eric)
but when im logged on the same computer with a different session ( Tom) i can't: "transport channel is down.directory services are unavailable"

When i exucute the console from Tom session as administrator it works. My Customer doesnt want to give admin access to Tom.

Why it works with Eric and not Tom ?

They have the same rights.

Im not able to read voice messages from Micllob client and from Web ucs.
i can view the new messages but when i click on play , nothing happen.
From deskphone , i can heard the message

Any idea ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 6940 Problems

Hello everybody.
 I have several problems with new 6940 phones.
1 I cant see the phonebook(internal directory number)  with the contact key and I can not set a phobebook key.

2 when I receive a voice message. If i press the voicemail key I have no message but when I call the voicemail hunt group i can listen to the message.
 
3 I paired my mobile with the 6940. When I receive a call I see the name of the caller on my mobile but on the 6940 I see only number.

 We are currently using Outlook 2016 with exchange 2007. We want to integrate micollab client on Outlook . We user Micollab 7.2 but i dont not how install the plugin and where i can found it.

 I can not get the history calls on dect 5604 while on the same installation it works with the 5603. The COS and the sip device capabilities are the same.

Hi ,
can anyone help me about this case .

When i use speedcall to external destination  : it work ( for exemple speed call 2222 ---> 0044xxxxxxxx)
when i call directly 0044xxxxx : it work

when i make a call forward always to 0044xxxxxx : doesn't work
when i use 2222 in call forward always : it work

For all this tests , i use the device number 3111 (5320e)

in the Cos : call forward YES , call forward internal/external destination YES.

Any idee ?
