Can someone assist me in activating a alternate greeting.  We are recording a holiday greeting.  I know how to record it as a alternate greeting, but not sure how to activate it.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Removing 1 channel from PRI

We are switching to new services.  We have two PRI's and the service provider is only providing 22 channels on the second PRI.  Not sure why...  Everything is staying the same.  Do I remove this from Digital Trunk Assignments?  Clear the last channel???

There is a Call Rerouting Assingnment for this number(4352).  Can I reroute via this form.  I want to route to 4270.

I am attempting to reroute a DID to a different analog extension.  I can't figure out how the DID is routed.  I have looked in the System Speed Call Assignment and don't see the number there.  I have tried creating a new entry and I get a message stating "The directory number is defined elsewhere".  I am not sure where else to look.

Deleting the extension and re-creating corrected the issue.  Thanks for your help.

I have verified that Auto Answer is disabled Calls are still auto answering.  I have gone to the Maintenance command and entered Loc Fe Ext and it states no features active.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.

Ralph,  I did the Loc Fe Ext command and it was blank for features

So I programmed an Auto Answer button on the phone and Auto Answer was off.  When I press the button, it lights the button, which to me tells me Auto Answer is enabled.  I placed a test call and it rings multiple times on my end but on the 5340 phone it rings a half of a ring, and accordiding to the customer some of the buttons light up and the display reads "invalid".  Any suggestions?

I have a 5340 IP Phone that when called, internally and externally, is immediately answered by speaker phone.  I programmed an auto answer button and verified that it is not enabled.  Is there somewhere else this could be programmed at?  Also calls are dropping after talkinf for about a minute.

I have a Mitel 3300ICP.  I installed a new 5340 phone and I can't seem to disable the Auto Answer feature.  I programmed an Auto Answer button to verify that it was disabled.  I even disabled auto answer for the COS.  Not sure what else I am missing.
