Any calls we receive externally, if not answered hangs up after 5 rings.  If we call the number internally works fine, the phone continues to ring.  If the first line is busy it moves to the next line in the hunt group.  We do use a phone tree to access the different departments.  The setup has been working for the last 14 years, we have made no changes to the system.  Any help would be appreciated.  We are using Mitel 3300.

The forward worked, but the phone still rings.  We rather not have the phone ring.  I'm stumped as to why it works from and external phone, but doesn't work internally.

Looks like this is not a Mitel issue.  Currently the Play on Phone is working.  Ran a UMConnectivity -ListenPort 5060: Nothing to report, ran for port 5065.  Got results.  Need to look into changing this port.

More info on this.  I get the following error in the UM event log:
An outbound call could not be established, the selected outbound gateway 10.83.100.4 returned this error:  A sip request failed, but no response code recieved.  The current operation is "Opening".  The session state is "Disconnected".  The remote is sip:7592@10.83.100.4;user=phone.

We are abel to make/recieve calls, just unable to play on phone.

We are currently using UM with our Mitel 3300.  Play on phone was working, but now it doesn't.  You can select play on phone, phone rings, you pick up reciever, no message.  The UM indicates connecting.  Any help would be appreciated.
