Actual numbers since we're looking at logs and traces.

DGT Trace started:
46459600 : ARS 46459600 +  0, ARS 46459600 +  0, Route (1)
DGT Trace completed.

Route 1 has 1 digit to absorb (4 for outbound dialing)

ARS digits dialed:
46, 6 digits to follow, Route, 1

Still can't see anything obvious on why it would behave this way. Would/could it push to a speedcall if it got a busy tone? We have many other speedcalls that don't behave this way, so I have to think it's because there's something funky going on with this number when dialed from other phones outside the pbx.

Again, behavior is:
with speed call 600 programmed in system - Dials speedcall
without speed call - INVALID
from verizon cell phone - "the called party is busy"
from t-mobile cell phone - slow busy

I assumed the issues were specific to the Mitel PBX. Testing with a cell phone allows me to see if the number we are dialing is having issues that could impact the PBX(assuming I can complete the call at all). I still think something is wrong, in that it shouldn't be dialing the speed call at all, however I think there is also something wrong with the number we are trying to dial.

So far, all of the phones on the PBX are behaving the same way, dialing the speed call instead of the 8 or 12 digit number dialed(these numbers are listed in a previous comment), both on and off hook. When I then deleted the speed call and then dialing the 8 or 12 digit number, I got an INVALID instead, whether dialing on or off hook.

I didn't see anything specific when going off hook. I get dial tone, eventually it goes invalid(like 15 seconds). Pretty sure it's been that way since install(2012).

I don't have any thing programmed in the Associated Directory Numbers page.

I removed the speed call and it's now throwing an "INVALID" when dialing.

I tried calling from a few cell phones and received a busy signal. Would a busy signal to the PBX push to a speed call if that was a valid call option? I don't think I tested calling from a cell phone when the initial ticket was raised by the end user.

Really strange behavior, pushing back to the customer on finding out if there's something wrong with the customer number we're trying to dial. I'll update once I have more info.

Thanks for the direction!

It dials the speed call external number.

It seems like it is ignoring the 5 or 9 digits before(with or without the area code/country code).

I've tried dialing:
918885559500 and it speed calls to the 500 speed call
95125559500 and it speed calls to the 500 speed call
95559500 and it speed calls to the 500 speed call
500 speed calls the 500 speed call number

Good morning,
 Hopefully this is something easy I'm missing. I'm using a 3300 MXe-III with MVB 8.0 SP3 PR3.

We are trying to dial an outbound number 95559500. However I have a speed call on 500 which is forwarding to another number instead of the original number dialed.

This behavior is consistent with both 7 and 10 digit dialing.

Any thoughts on how to only dial the speed calls when only 3 digits are dialed and not 7+?

Thanks.
