Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Auto-Attendant redirect to operator

We are using the embed Mitel voicemail as a multi-level auto-attendant for incoming calls, how can we configure it so if the caller does not choose and option after a set amount of time it automatically forwards the call to the operator (option 0)
