Hi,
Whats the best way to go about the following:

1. User dials support line on 6350.
2. Greeting is played and then forwards onto a ring group.
3. If call is not answered its sent to a VM.

Many thanks in advance!
Joe

Many thanks, that's really helpful. Noticed I also have some analogue numbers used for call menu's etc which I'll need to move off.

Dear all,
Some advice on how to correctly remove the SX2000 cab from the 3300 would be really helpful.
I *think* I have identified the page where I would remove it but I am not sure and do not want to do something which might cause issues.
No analogue lines are connected to the cab anymore and I have disconnected the 9 cables going to the wall boxes where they used to be patched in to analogue phone.
The per cab is connected via fibre connection to the 3300 and I have tried disconnecting the fiber for a couple of minutes to see what the warning where to determine where to look.

The screen shot below shows the page I think I just select and delete the per cab (Sx2000).

Any help would be much appreciated!
Joe
