Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / mitel sends early connect signal, need to wait for response from far end

Hello we have a Mitel 3300 SIP trunk group that is giving us an early connect signal. We need to wait for the far end. Is there a setting(s) to ignore the early connect thus allowing the call progression.
