Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: MCD 3300 & Mitel 6940

I figured it out!  Any keys labeled as "Float" need to be turned off.
Crazy, I was playing around tonight and I don't know how I missed that earlier today when I was racking my brain.  If anybody else runs into this, that's the fix!

I’m going to try a new device first and then try the firmware upgrade as suggested.
If you guys think of anything else let me know!

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MCD 3300 & Mitel 6940
« on: June 17, 2019, 05:13:10 PM »
I recently purchased some Mitel 6940's to replace our aging 5360's.  I have an MCD 3300 on the current Release level: 8.0 SP1, (Active software load: 14.0.1.29)  The issue is on the 6940 only half of the keys are showing.  I hope it's something simple I'm overlooking.  I've already set the keyset to the 6940.  See attached screenshot of what I see on my end.
Any help is appreciated.

Mitel Software Applications / UCA Corporate Directory
« on: March 02, 2015, 11:17:17 AM »
I currently have a 3300 and a MAS Server running 5.0.116.0
I have the PBX nodes set to synchronize every evening to upload new accounts.  I used to be able to manage the corporate directory by simply deleting the users I didn't want to show and when everything would resynchronize in the evening as long I didn't delete the actual accounts the users wouldn't show back up in the list.
NOW all of the sudden my deleted users have reappeared and continue to do so every evening (nothing has changed in the system).  How can I remedy this?  Is there any way to manually manage your corporate directory?
