For the last week or two my Mitel UCA 6.0 client has been crashing whenever I make or receive a call. I went as far as to reinstall Windows 7 Professional and the UCA client crashed the first call received after the client was installed on the clean OS. Anyone have an idea of what could be happening?

Go to Start > All Programs > Startup and right click on the UCA icon. In the Run: section, change the option from Normal Window to Minimized, then click OK.
