MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel Cs5000: way to route 1 DS0 to one ext, like old mux?

We have a Mitel Cs5000 that is deployed for emergency response. The T1 provider sometimes would like to just program their end as FXO circuits. I can setup as FXS but not sure how to use 1 DS0 for one extension inbound and outbound.
Any help would be appreciated.
